Beet Dyed Deviled Eggs
Beautiful Natural Pink Dye!
Step 1: Add the Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Salt and Beet to a Pot
Step 2: Bring to a Boil Then Remove From Heat and Let Cool Slightly
Step 3: Pour Mixture into a Heat Resistant Bowl and Add the Hard Boiled Eggs
Step 4: Refrigerate for 4 to 24 Hours - Depending on How Dark You Want the Pink
Step 5: Slice the Dyed Eggs in Half, and Gently Pop the Yolks Out to Transfer to a Bowl
Step 6: Make the Filling by Mashing the Yolks, then Mixing in Mayo, Mustard, Salt, & Pepper
Step 7: Pipe or Spoon the Egg Yolk Filling into the Egg White Halves, then Sprinkle with Pepper
