Irish Mashed Potatoes

Step 1: Pour Cold Water Over the Russet Potatoes and Add Salt

Step 2: Cook Until the Potatoes are Fork Tender

Step 3: Saute Kale in Plenty of Butter

Step 4: Add the Green Onions and Saute For a Minute

Step 5: Stir in the Half-and-Half (Milk or Heavy Cream Works, too!)

Step 6: Add in the Cooked Potatoes and Mash
