Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

1) Cut Chicken Breasts in Half, then Pound to an Even Thickness.

2) *Optional Step* Marinate Chicken in Buttermilk.

3) Add Mayo, Parmesan, Garlic, Salt, Onion, Pepper, & Paprika to Bowl.

4) Add Parsley and Red Pepper Flakes, and Mix.

5) Arrange Chicken on Baking Dish. Spread Mixture on Top, Sprinkle with Parmesan.

6) Bake Until Chicken is Cooked Though, and Topping is Golden.
