(Seasoned Ground Beef with Potatoes)

Step 1: Brown Ground Beef Over Medium Heat

Step 2: Add Onion and Saute for 2 Minutes

Step 3: Add Garlic, Jalapeno, Tomato, and Cilantro (Saute Until Aromatic)

Step 4: Add in the Potatoes, Broth, and Spices (Simmer Covered for 20 Minutes)

Step 5: Serve Hot with Rice, or Use It As a Delicious Taco Filling!
