Shakshuka

Poached Eggs in Tomato Sauce

1) Saute the Onion and Red Bell Pepper

2) Add Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, & Chili Flakes

3) Add Tomato Paste & Canned Whole Tomatoes

4) Make Wells, and Add a Raw Egg to Each

5) Bake for 8 - 12 Minutes

6) Garnish with Feta and Herbs
