How to Make Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dip:

All you have to do to make avocado dip is mash a couple of avocados in a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, a little lime juice, a couple spices, and stir. That’s it! You’re already finished.

This is why I love this recipe. It’s so easy and I can whip it together in a flash when I’m short on time and don’t feel like pulling out all the stops to make a true guacamole. Plus, I love any excuse to include a little extra Greek yogurt so I can sneak in some protein and probiotics.

How to Use This Creamy Avocado Dip Recipe:

This dip is obviously perfect as a chip dip, or on any Mexican food of your choice (burritos, burrito bowls, and tacos are my personal favorites). One of my other favorite ways to enjoy it is as a vegetable dip. It’s perfect with carrot sticks, stalks of celery, or slices of cucumber.

This avocado dip is also fantastic with a dash of sriracha, a little bit of chopped cilantro, or some diced red onion. All of those are totally optional, and I normally like to keep things simple with this recipe.

How to Make Creamy Avocado Dip Dairy Free:

This recipe is so easy to adapt to a dairy free or vegan diet. Just replace the Greek yogurt with either vegan sour cream or plain vegan yogurt.

This dip pairs so well with my Copycat Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce! If you’re making Mexican food, I definitely recommend making both sauces to enjoy with your meal.

What you’ll need to make creamy avocado yogurt dip:

This recipe is so simple, you need hardly anything to pull it together!

The only tools you need are a small bowl and a fork from your kitchen.

There’s one ingredient that makes all the difference with this recipe – high quality salt. Have you ever noticed that salt elevates avocado to a whole new level? Well that experience is even better when you use high quality salt. This is my favorite brand.
