This balsamic aioli is an easy aioli sauce recipe made with mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar. It’s so delicious on bruschetta and caprese sandwiches!
What is balsamic aioli?
It’s an easy sauce made with only three ingredients and in only a couple of minutes! All you need is mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, and a sweetener of your choice (sugar, honey, and maple syrup all work). Combine the three ingredients in a bowl, and your sauce is ready. If you choose to use granulated sugar, the sauce will get better after about 10 minutes (once the sugar has dissolved).
Sauces, dips, and dressings are kind of my thing. Shane loves sauce (probably the most of all the food groups), so I’m always playing around with different sauces for our meals. This sauce was such a huge hit! We love it on chicken sandwiches, caprese paninis, and bruschetta turkey burgers.
This sauce goes perfectly on my Rotisserie Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich!

Notes
This is amazing with a couple of heads of roasted garlic, but it’s a lengthy and unnecessary step. If you happen to have some laying around, feel free to mash it and add it in!
